I was asked to design a special theme for a restaurant. Working for an after-school program during the pandemic was tough. Since the schools were shut down, I was not able to see my students or keep much contact with them during those difficult times. This made me sad, so I started thinking how great it would be to have a classroom setting for a restaurant. I then began to brainstorm using familiar school items as furniture.
